Methodology

Methodology: five stages from shortlist to report

Every campaign follows the same five stages. Each one ends with something you can read, change and approve.

  1. Shortlist

We turn your customer description into a reasoned list of creators.

    What happens
Search by audience fit and content style, review recent public content, note concerns.
    What you decide
Which creators to approach, and which trade-offs you accept.
    What you receive
A shortlist with a written reason for each creator.
  2. Brief

One page that fixes the message and the limits.

    What happens
We draft the brief in the audience's language and answer creator questions.
    What you decide
The objective, key message and anything that must not be said.
    What you receive
A one-page brief and a draft review checklist.
  3. Approvals

Every script and draft is reviewed before it goes live.

    What happens
Drafts are checked against the brief, then passed to your approver.
    What you decide
Approve, request changes, or stop a post.
    What you receive
An approval log with dates and decisions.
  4. Schedule

Dates, owners and fallback options in one calendar.

    What happens
We confirm posting times, track live links and raise delays the same day.
    What you decide
Whether to move a date or replace a creator when a problem arises.
    What you receive
A posting calendar and issue log.
  5. Report

A report that states what it can and cannot show.

    What happens
We collect metrics by source and compare with your own tracking where you share it.
    What you decide
What to repeat, change or drop in the next round.
    What you receive
A report with views, reach, clicks and orders kept separate, and a limits page.

About the illustrated outputs

The small drawings beside each stage show the format of a typical output: a table of creators, a one-page brief, an approval log, a calendar, a report chart. They are drawn originally for this site. They contain no real campaign, client or measurement, and are not evidence of results.
