This page describes what this site actually stores and does today. It will be updated when anything changes.

What the request form stores

When you send the form we save what you typed.

  • Name, company and your goal description
  • Email and/or phone, whichever you provide
  • Optional budget, timing and platforms
  • The page language, the service page you came from, and the first page path of your visit
  • A traffic-source tag only if you accepted analytics, and only an allow-listed token
  • Whether you ticked the separate, optional marketing consent

Who can see it

Requests are stored in this site's database. Only the authorised, authenticated owner can open them through the private admin area. Authorised technical operators may need access to maintain the hosting and database. No email or messaging notification is connected at present; if one is added, this page will say so.

Analytics

Analytics is off by default. Nothing is sent unless an analytics measurement ID has been configured and you accept analytics using the control in the footer. Events carry page paths and generic labels such as the service page viewed. They never carry your name, contact details, goal text or request reference. You can reject or change your choice at any time.

Browser storage

The site stores your analytics choice in your browser local storage, and the first page path of your visit in session storage so the request can record where you started. Neither contains personal data.

  • Local storage: analytics choice
  • Session storage: first page path, cleared when the tab closes

Marketing consent

It is separate from the request, unticked by default and optional. Sending a request does not require it.

Security storage and cookies

A necessary HttpOnly, SameSite cookie binds your form challenge to this browser and expires after two hours. The server also uses a non-reversible keyed fingerprint of your IP address for short rate-limit windows, with expired rate-limit records cleaned up after an additional hour. The request record keeps your privacy acceptance time and consent version. Owner sign-in uses Clerk authentication, which has its own essential authentication storage. Public visitors do not need an account.

Google Analytics, if enabled

After opt-in, Google Analytics may use cookies and technical identifiers to measure visits. This is not a claim of fully anonymous processing. The site removes query strings and referrers from the events it sends, and never sends form fields or a request reference. Declining does not stop the request form. Rejection stops further events from this site; existing analytics cookies may remain in the browser until cleared. Fonts are served locally, without requests to Google Fonts.

Retention and privacy requests

An approved retention schedule and official privacy-contact route have not been supplied yet. The site currently retains saved requests until an authorised operator removes them; it does not claim automatic deletion. Those business details and the process for privacy requests must be approved before a public launch. This describes the implementation, not a legal-compliance certification.

Contact and controller details

Official contact details and the registered business details have not been configured yet. They will appear here and in the footer once approved.
